My journey to motherhood wasn't the smooth path I had imagined.  ​It was filled with unexpected challenges, doubt, anger and frustration. I often felt like no-one truly understood, even though others were travelling the same path.  I knew I wasn't alone, but it felt like it.

After multiple miscarriages, I was heartbroken and left wondering if I would ever become a mother.  My resolve not to give up won out. I was pregnant and this one was holding on.  In time, I was honoured with the gift of motherhood and now have 2 children, born just over 12 months apart.

Fast forward a few years, I discovered Reiki as part of my own healing journey. What began as a personal exploration soon became something more powerful. It gave me a calm foundation to anchor myself when life felt rocky.

Years later, a simple comment sparked the idea to combine my lived experience of fertility challenges with the wisdom I gained from Reiki. This led me to create the Fertility Foundations workshop and ongoing support programs, where women learn the foundations of energy work, feel supported, but also equipped with practical knowledge and tools.

I'm super excited to share the insights, techniques, and emotional support that I so desperately wished for – the kind that can truly make a difference.
