If you are reading this, something has brought you here. Maybe you are a current client who already knows the many wonderful benefits of Reiki healing energy. Maybe you've heard about it and want to learn more. Either way, I encourage you to follow that feeling.
Learning Reiki was one of the most meaningful decisions I ever made. Not just for me personally, but also for those around me. My children, friends, family and many repeat clients who are now my Reiki family. Reiki helped me slowly transform from the person I was in 2016. Step by step. Layer by layer. I show up differently for myself and everyone around me. I want that for you too.
Reiki is not something you learn from a book. You start there, but it is passed from teacher to student through attunements and shows up every day in a way that is uniquely yours.
Reiki never goes away. It is yours for life.
There are three levels of Usui Reiki, each building on the last, and it begins with you. Your own healing, your own awareness, your own energy. From there, you deepen and expand at your own pace. You may want to stop after Level One and that is perfectly fine. It is a way of life that unfolds when you need it to.

Reiki Level I
Shoden
Begin your journey with an introduction to Mikao Usui and the history of Reiki. Understand what chakras and meridians are, Reiki principles and the five Reiki precepts to live by.
Through sacred attunements, your energy channels will be opened, allowing you to connect with universal life force energy for the first time. You'll learn hand positions for self-treatment and treating others, grounding techniques, and how to work with your body's energy centres.
At this level, the focus is simple. It begins with you. You'll receive the foundation to start clearing your own energy and supporting your wellbeing from the inside out, with the ability to also share healing with others.
I offer in-depth learning over two sessions, giving you time to truly absorb and integrate your experience.
First Session — five hours, including morning tea and light lunch:
Through learning material, group discussion and sacred attunements, you are ready to begin hands-on energy work. With my guidance, you will have the opportunity to practice on one another, beginning to feel and sense the energy of different people. From there, you will go home with a new awareness, ready to continue practicing on yourself and others.
Second Session — three hours including a light snack:
We revisit the learning material and explore any questions, emotions or events that came up for you. We will spend time deepening your practice on self and others, building your understanding with each exchange. You will leave with a solid grounding in Reiki principles and the confidence to continue your practice.
By the end of Level I, you will also have the knowledge to structure and conduct a full Reiki session, should you feel called to begin working with others.

Reiki Level II
Okuden
Ready to expand? Level II takes your Reiki practice deeper, introducing you to three sacred symbols that amplify and focus healing energy in powerful and intentional ways.
Through your attunement, a new energetic pathway is opened, elevating your connection to universal life force energy and expanding what is possible in your healing work.
You will learn techniques for emotional healing, working with past experiences, and sending Reiki across time and distance to anyone, anywhere. This is one of the most profound aspects of Reiki and something that students often describe as truly life changing.
At this level, your intuitive abilities begin to deepen naturally. You will grow in confidence and presence as you develop the skill to offer Reiki sessions to others
in a meaningful and grounded way.
You will also explore how energy moves beyond the physical body, discovering new dimensions of healing that expand your understanding of what energy work can truly offer.
Session — five hours including a light snack:
Through teaching, discussion and hands-on practice, you will work through each of the three symbols and their applications. You will have the opportunity to practice with one another, integrating your new knowledge with my guidance and support throughout.

Reiki Level II is open to anyone who has completed Reiki Level I.
Reiki Master/Teacher Shinpinden
The Master level is both a personal spiritual deepening and a commitment to passing this profound practice forward.
This is the most transformative stage of your Reiki journey. You will receive the Master symbol, deepen your spiritual practice, and step into the honoured responsibility of performing attunements, opening others to the gift of Reiki energy for the first time.
This training prepares you to teach Reiki at all levels, guiding students on their own healing journey. You will develop your unique style as a teacher and step fully into the role of Reiki guide.
The Master level is not to be rushed. It is a deeply personal experience and the time we spend together will be arranged by agreement, respecting where you are in your journey. For those who feel called, the Master and Teacher components can be explored separately, allowing space for true integration at each stage.
This level represents not just certification, but a way of being. It is about embodying the Reiki principles in every aspect of your daily life.
