All Reiki levels are held in person, as the hands-on experience and energetic transfer between teacher and student are essential for authentic Reiki learning. Each course includes comprehensive manuals, practice sessions, and ongoing support as you integrate what you've learned.
Reiki Level I
Shoden
Begin your journey with an introduction to Reiki history, principles, and the five Reiki precepts to live by. Through attunement ceremonies, your energy channels will be opened, allowing you to connect with universal life force energy for the first time. You'll learn hand positions for self-treatment and treating others, grounding techniques, and how to work with your body's energy centers. The focus at this level is on self-healing—giving you the foundation to clear your own energy blocks and support your personal wellbeing.
I offer in-depth learning over two sessions, giving you time to truly absorb and integrate what you're learning. In your first session, you'll receive the teaching, practice the techniques, and experience your attunements. Then you'll go home to practice on yourself and others, noticing what comes up and noting any questions.
When we meet for your second session, we'll address everything you've experienced, answer your questions, and deepen your understanding and confidence. Many students experience profound shifts in awareness and a deepening connection to themselves during this stage.

Reiki Level II
Okuden
Ready to expand? Level II introduces you to three sacred Reiki symbols that amplify and focus healing energy.
You'll learn techniques for emotional healing, working with past experiences, and sending Reiki across time and distance to anyone, anywhere.
This level deepens your intuitive abilities and builds your confidence in offering Reiki sessions to others with skill and presence.
You'll explore how energy moves beyond the physical body and discover new dimensions of healing work.
Reiki Master/Teacher

The Master level is both a personal spiritual deepening and a commitment to passing this beautiful practice forward. You'll receive the Master symbol, learn advanced healing techniques, and discover how to perform attunements—the sacred ceremonies that open others to Reiki energy.
This training prepares you to teach Reiki at all levels, guiding students on their own healing journeys. You'll develop your unique style as a teacher, explore energetic boundaries and self-care practices, and step fully into the role of Reiki guide.
This level represents not just certification, but a way of being—embodying the Reiki principles in your daily life.
