The Fertility Foundations Workshop is live.

The Fertility Foundations Workshop is live and I’m so excited to start helping woman facing fertility issues.
When the idea sparked in me three years ago, I never imagined it would take this long to get it up and running. I thought I would write the content, create a Facebook event, and get myself started. Little did I realise how much work I had to do on myself along the way.
This blog isn't polished marketing. It's just me, being honest about what it took to get here.
Three years. That's how long this workshop has been living inside me, taking shape, being pulled apart, and being rebuilt. There were moments of absolute clarity and moments where I questioned everything. There were weeks where I made huge progress and weeks where I was completely stuck. I didn't even put up one post. Nothing.
There were also more hours than I can count on my own coaching, self-development, and business development — and I won't even start on that part of it. Through it all, sound bowls, yoga, meditation, and some very good friends kept me sane.
Writing the About Me section took me ages, and it was hard. I uncovered parts of myself that weren't finished healing yet. Trying to recall dates and timelines and allowing events to surface that I thought I had buried forever, was confronting. I relied on family to help fill in some of the blanks. After my second miscarriage, I had lost a chunk of time, and it took real courage to face that again. In going back through all of it, I also found places within myself that still needed attention. Piece by piece, layer by layer, I worked through what needed to be released so I could show up fully for the women this workshop is built for.
Most of my life has been spent behind the scenes. I was comfortable there. I didn't like attention. Putting myself out there — writing posts, sharing my story, inviting judgment from people I don't know — has been one of the most confronting things I have ever done. There were posts that took me far longer to write than they should have, not because I didn't know what to say, but because hitting publish felt terrifying. But I kept coming back to one thought: if I want women to be vulnerable with me, I have to be willing to be vulnerable first. So here I am.
And I want to say something that feels important to me. I want future clients to know that the Fertility Foundations Workshop is entirely, completely, one hundred percent me. Select family and friends have proofread it and checked details for accuracy, and I asked my mentors and coaches for feedback on the content.
But the workshop is mine. I use AI to help me write social media content and blog posts, and I'm grateful for it. But every word, every exercise, the entire framework inside this workshop has come from my own experience, my own healing, and the years I have spent learning, studying, and sitting with women on their fertility journeys. It has not been reviewed or shaped by any AI program. It holds my blood, sweat, and tears. It holds my history and my pain and the things I wish someone had handed me when I needed them most. That matters to me. Because you deserve something real.
To the woman on her fertility journey who is reading this right now, I built this for you. I want to make your path to motherhood easier than it has been so far. You don't have to know about energy or know how to meditate. You don't have to know anything, be anything, or do anything other than turn up and be open to learning.
I am so excited to get started and bring some babies into this world.
